Dr Siwoku-Awi has been a lecturer and researcher in the Department of French, University of Ilorin since 2016 after a meritorious service of over 15 years at the Nigeria French Language Village, Badagry. Her professional qualifications are a 1982 B.A. (honours) from the Department of Modern European Languages, University of Ife (now OAU); Masters of Education (Guidance and Counselling) in 1988, with a solid grounding in Research Methodology, Pedagogy, and Applied Psychology at the Premier University of Ibadan; Masters of French Studies in 1996 at UNIBADAN; Master of Philosophy of the University of Ibadan in 2005; PhD in Comparative Literature at the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2013; PhD in Christian Religious Studies at the Crowther Graduate Seminary, Abeokuta in 2023. She has been privileged to teach all aspects of the French University Curriculum and Bible teaching in the cumulative years of over thirty years of tertiary teaching.
